UPCAT 2025 Post-Results Reminders You Shouldn’t Miss
Sat May 03 2025

Applicants who took the UPCAT 2025 are advised to take note of the following key dates and important reminders from the UP Office of Admissions regarding the post-results process. 📅 Important Dates: • Deadline for Confirmation: May 31, 2025, 11:59 PM • DIWA Portal Goes Live: June 3, 2025, via diwa.up.edu.ph • Waitlisted Results Viewing: June 3–5, 2025 • DPWAS Status Accommodation: June 7–8, 2025 • DPWAS Results Release: June 9–13, 2025 • Appeals Period Begins: June 19, 2025 ℹ️ Additional Information: The DIWA portal will be the official platform for releasing results for applicants who are waitlisted or under the DPWAS category. Applicants who are waitlisted for specific degree programs will be able to view their status from June 3 to 5, while those under DPWAS can access the portal and indicate their preferences from June 7 to 8. Results for DPWAS will be released from June 9 to 13. For those who wish to file an appeal, this may only be considered if the applicant’s UPG is 2.800 or better. However, it is important to note that the different UP campuses have their own discretion in setting their cutoff UPGs. As such, applicants are cautioned not to rely on unverified or outdated information circulating online. Official instructions will be sent directly to eligible applicants through email. UP Diliman strictly does not entertain appeals, regardless of UPG. This is a firm policy, and no exceptions are made. If an applicant’s UPG is lower than 2.800, they may consider applying to Associate programs available in select UP campuses. For inquiries or to apply, students should contact the Office of the University Registrar of their preferred UP unit. UP also provides an alternative route through transfer admission. Students currently enrolled in other colleges or universities may be eligible to transfer to UP if they have completed at least 33 academic units and have obtained a GWA of 2.0 or better. Requirements and deadlines for transfer vary across campuses. Source: University of the Philippines - FB page

UPCAT 2025 Results Are Out!
Tue Apr 22 2025

The wait is over—the University of the Philippines (UP) has officially released the results of the UPCAT 2025 for Academic Year 2025–2026! Applicants can now check their results by logging into the UPCAT 2025 Results Portal during their assigned time slot, using the same email and password they used when they submitted their application. ✅ If you passed the UPCAT: Congratulations! You’ve qualified to enroll in UP. Check the specific UP campus and degree program you've been admitted to. Be sure to confirm your acceptance within the given deadline and follow the next steps for registration as instructed by your admitting campus or academic unit. 📌 If you didn’t qualify: You’ll still be able to view your University Predicted Grade (UPG)—a score based on your high school grades and UPCAT performance.
